Cherry Ripe Smoothie Bowl

I made this smoothie bowl on a total whim, after a long day, with no dinner prepared. It turned out so DELICIOUS. The combination of the strawberry smoothie with the Cacao Nibs & Coconut toppings instantly reminded me of a Cherry Ripe. I hope you guys love it! Super quick, healthy and delish!

Ingredients:

1 Cup of Frozen Strawberries
1 Frozen Banana
2 Dates (I recommend medjool – make sure you take the pit out of the middle)
1-1.5 cups of Coconut and Almond Milk

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Top with Cacao Nibs & Coconut Flakes (shredded coconut is also fine).
